LOCAL BUSINESS

GET INVOLVED

The San Fernando Street Festival is the rst Metro Open Streets event in the City of San Fernando. This event will temporarily remove cars from city streets and transform the streets into “paved parks” to be enjoyed by families from San Fernando and across L.A. People of all ages and abilities are invited to come out and bike, skate, jog, or stroll around the fun. The event is free – just bring your favorite set of wheels or walking shoes!

Street Closures

There will be two types of street closures at this event, a “hard closure” and “car crossings”. The hard closures will not be opened during the course of the event except for emergency vehicles. The streets with car crossings will have timed openings, what this means is that if you reach a car crossing during the event, you will be asked to wait until the safest time for it to open for your crossing. Please be aware of the closure locations and plan accordingly between the hours of 6am and 4pm.
